FINISH
We use a natural (and food-safe) oil/wax finish to protect and highlight the beauty of the wood so that it can be enjoyed in day-to-day activities by all ages without fear. Any spills can easily be wiped off and, over time, a simple application of oil will revitalize the piece as needed based on personal preference. Yes, it’s designed to be beautiful, but it’s also built to be lived in and a part of your family’s life.

ASSEMBLY
This bed is easily assembled in under 5 minutes, using sturdy interlocking hardware to attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard. Slats support the mattress, as well as an adjustable center support leg, leaving no need for a superfluous box spring.

I hardly ever write reviews, but after experiencing the customer service provided by Beauty & Bread Workshop, I feel compelled. My wife decided to buy one of Casey’s custom beds (Bed No. 1, King, w/ storage) about five or six years ago, and, at the time I was on the fence about it. Once the bed was setup though, it was clear that we had an incredible piece of furniture. A few weeks ago, (Nov 2020), I noticed a couple of minor issues and emailed Casey about it. The response took less than 5-minutes. He said he’d like to get the bed back in his shop to address it. Our bed, one of the first of this type, had an older type of bracket, that they now do not use. The bed was returned quickly and efficiently, by Chris, with the new brackets, freshly sanded and oiled and looking better than ever. Stunning service. Thanks Guys!!!
