Buffet No. 2
The design goal for this piece was simple form with subtle details that keep it interesting, but also timeless.
Built to last. This piece weighs around 300 pounds and is meant to last several generations… seriously.
All solid walnut, including drawers, sliding doors and shelves behind sliding doors.
The exposed box jointed drawer boxes echo the box jointed base that the legs meet.

Credenza No. 1
This is a piece that truly speaks for itself. The fully grain matched solid wood walnut facade brings warmth and depth to this otherwise very simple silhouette. The custom made brass feet and drawer pulls on the sliding doors compliment the walnut exquisitely, while adding a subtle softness to the piece.
The top section includes 3 bypass sliding doors with media cord access through the back panel. The bottom section is made with all push to open hardware and includes three drawers in the middle section and two cabinet doors on either side with adjustable shelves within.

Dresser No. 1
The idea behind this solid wood dresser design was to have a fascinating piece made from the finest materials I could source. The hope was that mixing the absolute best materials with a simple yet architecturally interesting design would produce a piece that both commands the room and allows it to fit with existing furniture.

Dresser No. 4 Tallboy
This is an upright iteration of our original Dresser No. 4.
This detail-heavy dresser features solid wood (walnut, maple, oak, cherry – whatever you choose). The finger jointed drawers echo the finger jointed frame around the base for a cohesive design that never gets old to look at.

Entry Table No. 1
Solid white oak (or any hardwood you prefer for your home), exposed box jointed drawers and a recessed pull. Casey designed this for his own house, with last photo showing how he expected it to be used in a small entryway lacking storage.

Midcentury Modern Dresser
This dresser is made from all solid wood, including the drawers and built using several forms of exposed joinery and hand shaping. I would put this piece closer to a form of art than pure function. The exposed dovetail case, exposed through-tenons on the top, the exposed box joints on the drawers, and the extensive shaping of the legs makes this a subtle but fascinating piece. Our only goal at Beauty and Bread Woodshop is to design useful pieces of furniture that are undeniably interesting. I believe we have achieved what we set out to do with this piece.
The shape of the legs mirror those seen in a few of our most popular designs: Bed No. 5 and Side Table No. 2, as well as Bed No. 3 and 3.5

Midcentury Modern Tallboy
The Midcentury Modern Tallboy is a spin off of our first iteration, simply called the Midcentury Modern Dresser. They are both made from all solid wood, including the drawers, and built using several forms of exposed joinery and hand shaping. I would put this piece closer to a form of art than pure function. The exposed dovetail case, exposed through-tenons on the top, the exposed box joints on the drawers, and the extensive shaping of the legs make this a subtle but fascinating piece.
